      The hotel room had blood all over the lamp shade, the bed blankets and bed skirts. The ceiling also had blood all over it. The inside of the bathroom door was covered in what looked like bodily fluid with someones long brown hair stuck to it. The elevators stopped working multiple times and my son and I got stuck in it at different times. The pool on our second day there was over chlorinated and caused my 9 year old to get out with burning eyes and blurry vision. He ended up with a dry flakey rash from all the chlorine. We went to the complimentary breakfast and the eggs had someones long brown hair in them. The orange juice was so watered down it was orange water. It said waffles were available but they were only offered on Sunday and both my boys were disappointed with the false advertising. Upon check out in overhead the manager say she didnt charge the party in line ahead of our group a deposit even though she charged my group a deposit. The hotel was a health and safety hazard and the only reason we stayed was bc we were from out of town for a basketball tournament and all the hotels were booked. Every person in my group found blood, mold, dirt and filth in their rooms and we all came with children

      Additionally the only reason we stayed and didnt ask for a refund is because we were from out of town visiting for the basketball state tournament and all the hotels were booked. We literally had no choice but to stay

      Thank you for notifying our office of the concern filed by ******************************* at the Ramada property in Spokane, WA. 

      Our brands are committed to assuring that all of its properties provide great service and quality accommodations. This guests comments have made us aware of an instance when one of our properties did not meet a valued customers expectations. 

      We regret that the guest had to contact you and our office regarding their concerns with the property. Each property is independently owned and operated under a franchise. This means that the propertys management is responsible for meeting brand standards and for day-to-day operations.

      After thorough review, we feel the best resolution will be achieved by direct communication between the property management and the guest. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      The General Manager of the Property has updated the case stating they have refunded the guest. Please allow 3-10 business days to see that on your account.

      Haven't received a refund from Ramada Inn Spokane. April 3rd, 2024 they said a refund had be sent and to wait 3-10 days. Today would be day 10.

      I would like to extend apologies for any additional inconveniences to the guest.

      Unfortunately, Wyndham ************* does not have the ability to access billing information at the property level as they are independently owned and operated. I do recommend that the guest contact the property directly via telephone at ************** or via email at ************************************************************. I have also requested the general manager to contact the guest directly.

       If Wyndham doesn't have the capabilities to issue refunds then why did the general manager respond saying a refund had been issued? I'll be posting about this experience on social media. This is beyond unprofessional

      How can you close this when the business SAID they would refund me and still haven't?
