    I have lived in my RV park over seven years. The machines were used then so they are over tens old. These machines are basically family machines meant for family use. They are being used commercially. They keep breaking down, won't empty or spin, dryers don't dry. The company doesn't do any maintenance and does as minimal repairs they can fet away with. And now they are forcing us to use credit cards or whatever instead of coins. A lot of people don't have credit cards or banks, bluetooth devices or internet. Those people are out of luck. No clean clothes for them. This company seems to have an monopoly in our area. They need to be marked as a bad company. They don't deserve to be in business.

    Crappy machines and even worse response to service request at the service tech level. Recently "upgraded" machines and increased price but no heat in dryer for 3 + weeks and can hear water sloshing around in tub of washer. Gross means machine doesn't pump all the water out and you're getting clothes washed in rinse water from last use. Always some lame excuse for why no refund. Not asking for ALL the money I lost as a result of machines not working right. Just what I lost on machines THIS time. $4.50 not even adding in that I did pay for extended cycle just basic load. Never not once got one ***** back. Not in 4+ years and multiple claims that service tech would reimburse me when he came out. I live in the building g it's a 4 plex only 4 units less than 100 feet away. Nope never. I'd have to camp out in laundry room til he came to get money back. ****, I'd even be happy if they refunded the money to management at least they tried to make it right even if it wasn't to me. Nope. Could even let me dry my clothes at no cost by simple push if a button. Yeah, I know where it is and how it works. Nope. Just greedy and bad business.

    I do believe this is the first time I've done an online complaint for anyone or any place, but there have been so many problems with Hainsworth. It is one thing to have issues with the washers and dryers not working half the time and not getting reimbursed when you've been plugging in money. Not reimbursed, but when I call, the most rude woman answers with absolutely no help, very short with me, always rude and generally says "goodbye now,"with attitude and puts the phone down on me, EVERY SINGLE TIME. It was not as much of a problem when it was just a matter of using a debit card, but they switched to using an app an app. I came down to the washroom and a couple of guys were changing the meters. I asked a question and they flat out ignored me, in my own laundry room. I felt I was polite. No instructions on the app etc. What I found immediately when using the dryers was that I could no longer put my clothes on delicate or normal, something I normally did and rarely ever needed or wanted to use hot. Now I have to use the hot (heavy duty) to get anything dry. One average wash load too often takes two dryers. I've even had to add time to one of them just to get that load dry or hang the other to dry. Half the time there's something going on with the washer or with the dryer and they are not working and generally have no signs on them to tell you that once you fed the meter. It is one thing to have the heat way too low to get a load done with one dryer, but it's the woman that answers the phone and I think runs the office that is why I am doing a review. I don't really care what she thinks of me or if she responds to this. She NEEDS to start working WITH people or they seriously need to let her go. In the past I considered doing a review because of so many problems, but there were others doing about what I would have said and I held back. This has been just awful since the change. I feel she is rude and no help comes from a phone call. I am sick of her treatment.

    Machines are always out of order, and when you complain, they give you a coupon code that never works with their app. They are cheap grifters.
