      Had a sprinkler blowout service done by this company. Upon startup for the season a line had froze and broken from improper blowout. They charged for over an hour blowout, but were only at my place for ***** minutes. I brought this issue to their attention May 14th 2023 via email, and then again the following day at 8am at the opening of their business day. This exact same scenario happened last year, and they had to cover it on their end, because just like this scenario it was their fault, due to poor blowout. I have called once, or twice a week since then looking for an update, only to hear "well, ill tell someone else again" and I have also sent another email reflecting my time, and cost, I had to pay to have it properly fixed. I had to fix it, because the line supplys my shop, and the grass was rapidly dieing due to excessive heat, and no water. Which, again, went unanswered. My time and expenses should be repaid, and my blowout should be refunded, for improper procedure of clearing the lines of water. I tried every other way to fix this scenario but im just being ignored.

      ************************ notes leave out some very important distinctions. First, he does not do a Sprinkler Startup with **, and had called in for a Repair after he had started up the system himself. The "same problem two years running" is inaccurate, as we had last repaired his system in 2021. That repair has held since 6-2-2021, which includes running without incident through all of ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** the order they are received. While ******************** is correct in that he had called a few times, each time he was told that he would be called when we had a Technician available to send to him for that Repair. That he continued to call in is a matter of personal choice, as he had been informed that he would be notified by us as soon as we had a Technician available for his Repair. ************************ perceived immediate need, and his subsequent choice to handle the repair himself, are solely on ******************** as the expectation form Arborpro was clear from the beginning. There is literally no other course of action for us to have taken in order to be fair in business to all of our customers.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although its self admitted they continue to fail to properly winterize our system right in their response. And it was never an issue to fix it before. I was repeatedly told I'd receive a call from a supervisor within the day. Never happened. Situation could have been avoided by just returning one phone call. Accepting this just to move on, and steer clear of retaliation. You can see every previous right in this photo. Good scam going to continually improperly winterize, then charge to fix it.
