This business does NOT stand behind their work. Had them start up the sprinklers this year.SPECIFICALLY asked the **** to double check that the controller was set to water enough for the whole season because I am rarely at the house. He CONFIRMED HIS WORK!! Said YES IT IS SET FOR THE SEASON.I'm out of the country in JULY and get a call from my mower who says the lawn is dead. YEP!! DEAD, YELLOW, CRUNCHY!!Called Inland Lawn back and said WHAT'S GOING ON?!You guys need to get back out there and FIX the settings! They scheduled it, went out, incidentally it was so far gone, it never did come back this year.THEN THEY CHARGED ME $100 TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!Went through it with the owner (yes ***** S-corps have owners-duh!) explaining his Tech confirmed it was set for the season. He turned it back on me and said somehow I should have known to go check!!! This boy has bumped his head too many times.THEN THEY'VE BEEN HOUNDING ME FOR MONTHS TO PAY THEM!!!!!!TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!!!There are TONS of sprinkler options in this town, AVOID INLAND LAWN at all costs!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that your sprinkler turn-on was completed. As discussed, we were instructed not to adjust your clock, and we mentioned that the watering times will need to be increased as the weather gets warmer.

You requested this service, which is why there was a charge. We always encourage our customers to reach out for adjustments, and were here to help if you need a check or any further assistance. Its common to update schedules as seasons change, and we want to ensure your system is working optimally.

Your technician was instructed TO adjust the clock to a setting that would be sufficient for the WHOLE season.I confirmed with Your Technician, and HE ASSURED ME that HE HAD SET IT so it so it would NOT NEED ADJUSTING throughout the season. When the lawn then DIED from insufficient water you were called to FIX the issue YOUR TECH created.Every business makes mistakes, the difference between good ones and bad ones is that the GOOD BUSINESSES OWN THEIR MISTAKES AND MAKE IT RIGHT with their customers. In EVERY interaction this organization has blamed the customer for their error, taken no responsibility, and tried to charge me to fix their error. The drama continued as they have repeatedly harassed me to pay for THEIR CORRECTION. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

I was the tech onsite that day. You had me set your clock to what it was at. I told you that you would need to add days in summer when it gets hotter. And we do check and adjust and call us if you need us to come out and adjust it. So when you called we came out and adjusted your clock. We didn't make a mistake. You were just trying to get a free service and take advantage of a small business! I would never say setting a clock in spring would be good for the season in our climate we typically adjust times and days 2-3 times a season.
