Meetings are held, and billed for, where "notes" are taken. There isn't any indication that the notes taken are ever looked at after the meeting. Instead, multiple meetings providing the same information are done over and over. Each meeting is billed for. Facts are never kept straight between meetings. One meeting started with ******************* stating that a family member was dead. That family member is very much alive. Months will go by without any information. Clients are told not to worry but, they should. The case will be dragged out, until the other side starts screaming. Then the billing increases as the issues raised by the other side have to be addressed. The electronic filing system is a mess. If documents have been uploaded to their electronic system, they can't easily recall them. The documents will have to be provided to them again. They also forget to share files with their client. Requests for a timeline and budget estimate will be ignored. Expenses will continue past the initial deposit/retainer without a plan drafted for closure or estimate of how much more it will cost. Issues with billing are not corrected. It's been several months of attempting to correct billing, and get answers for what is being billed for. It's no closer to a resolution. Deals are made without client's knowledge. Clients aren't told when court dates are cancelled. ******************* expects clients to just know things. When things go wrong, he will tell the client that they "should have known" whatever information they didn't. Any mistakes are automatically the client's per *******************. Any disagreement with ******************* will result in his attempting to talk over the client and force his way. He will not listen to the client if it isn't something he wants to hear. If in person, ******************* will tower over the client and lean into their face in hopes of intimidating them. ******************* will also laugh at clients in an attempt to make them feel silly for disagreeing with him.
