      this place is rigged. Imapplied for a place right when there was no e somi waz eager o get into a lease. now they wont renew. i jhad a bad bacground and so my deposit was higher but my credit and job got me thru the door to an amaz*** place it seemed AT FIRAST BUT DRUG DEALER AND CRIME MASTERS ANd a loss of oroperty and damage always felt like someone was in my place when i wasnt there. other neighbors have expressed the same feel***.. either theirs a cat burglar neighbor or whatever goes on ******************* manager of ******* and hagood; Alexan court apartments has heeded other neughbirs concerns wothout adress*** my side of the story but always deferes me to call the police or leave her alone unless its an emergency after pay*** 10 thousand dolars for this place this year and now they wont renew my lease im a female alone thiers no lawyers fir tennants i have reached out and she said contact her boss ***************** who is out of the offkce indefinitely while muy leasem is up octobr 31st. cheap materials to make the place look nioce and VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE SINCE RENTING IN SPOANE IS SO HARD ITS A LANDLORD WORLD OUT THERE I HAD 10 YEARS ON THE STREETS FINALLY GT MY KIFE OUT OF THE GUTTER AND IM GOING TO BE ON THE STREETS THIS WINTER AGAIN... my ***** fit is a **** dollar car i still owe **** on it but i have paid more to this company than ive ever paid to anyone and i feel broken used overlooked and chreated, this is a plac for bad people just like theworl good people cant get ahead with companiesm ruin *** lives with the swipe of a pen. its almost likke they plann it thias way no one can affolrd a one bedroom for 900 a month for that long this ***** the clause in the lease doesnt renew to monthly lease and lawyers say im screwd.just wtched the sweet old **** ***************************** move out she goes to work her place was adorable shes a complete square couldnt afford to lice on a place where they make you sign away liabilkity for asbestos and lead.no joke its in my lease
