Infinitum Media LLC is a scam! I signed a contract with them agreeing to pay upfront $1000 for 4 appointments, $250 each. The person who contacted me was ****** ***** (he claimed hes the owner), he promised that Infinitum will provide appointments with: 1. qualifying credit score of 650 or higher, 2. utility bills of over $100 monthly, 3. home ownership, 4. good roof, and 5. the appointment will be replaced if the individual does not show (These 5 criteria were signed and agreed on in the contract). So I paid them up front. However, after more than 4 weeks of emailing or texting me (they promised that they can deliver 4 appts in 1 week), Infinitum gave me 11 appointments that were just names and contact numbers with fake appointment dates. I called all ****************************************** 2 NEVER picked up, 2 were outside of our territory (we gave them 20 zip codes), 1 was a renter, 1 failed credit, 4 picked up but refused to meet. The last one was the worst, I told the account manager (*****) and he insisted that they called the homeowner a few times to confirm the appointment. So I drove almost half an hour to the homeowners house. The homeowner ******* ***** was upset with me because she said she told Infinitum multiple times that she was selling her home and did not want the appointment. I emailed the account manager ***** about all the issues with the so called appointments they gave me (by the way, as soon as I made the payment to Infinitum, the number they gave me to call became not in service anymore), ***** called me and told me that I would have to pay another $1000 to start a new campaign. He claimed they gave me 12 appointments (not true) and that they fulfilled their services. ***** has not responded in writing or sent any appointment replacements. There is no way to call them because the number they provided is not in service anymore. I tried to call ****** ***** but he never responded. DO NOT waste your money! Scam!

Dear Mr. ************* apologize for any concerns you've experienced. We would like to address the issues regarding the appointments we provided.

As per our agreement, we committed to delivering qualified appointments based on the decided criteria. We believe we successfully fulfilled this order, and we have two call recordings (one for the appointment booking and a second from the quality assurance review) for each appointment that clearly demonstrate the candidates were qualified and genuinely interested in solar solutions.
We understand that some appointments did not convert to sales immediately. However, its common in this industry to require follow-ups after the initial meeting. Initially, we replaced your appointments based on your feedback. However, we noticed that after every appointment, if it did not convert into a sale or was rescheduled, you requested replacements. This was not part of our contract; our agreement stated that once you connected with the appointments, the responsibility for conversion was yours.

We provided a total of 12 appointments, and we went above and beyond by rescheduling multiple appointments for you after your first attempts, even though that was not our obligation. Additionally, we noticed that some appointments were disqualified based on the electric provider, which was also not part of our contract, yet we still attempted to replace those for you.

For your records, I am attaching three screenshots: one showing your acknowledgment of an appointment where the candidate expressed interest in reconnecting after two weeks, another confirming the rescheduling of appointments and last you requesting replacements for electric providers.

    Thanks for your Understanding!
