    Update 1/23/24 received a random $70 charge on my card. No invoice. No line item description. No bill. Just a charge. Called billing and it went to VM. The front desk said they will connect me with billing. I said no I just called them and they didnt answer. They said did you just call? I see notes in the chart. I said yes and left a VM. She said they would call me back. They did not. So here I wait with a charge, no health care resolution, and no itemized receipt. My daughter is over 18 and they decided to charge me.Initially the $500 visit went well and the provider seemed caring and put my daughter on meds that helped but were giving her some side effects. They told her to read the website ADDitude but still needed therapy tools or strategies to help her. Then she had a follow up which consisted of a 20 min telemedicine call and my daughter asked about the meds and she said to just keep taking them. Thats all they talked about and it was $180. Very upset about this! No therapy, no tools, no change in meds, no insurance covers it. Scam! Until they can rectify this I will continue to report their bad behavior. Update: they said thats what we agreed to. Every follow up no matter how long was at least $180 a visit. They told us we can try and submit to insurance after we pay. And we can go to another doctor to get meds. We still dont have the right meds or tools for her. Im refusing to keep spending $180 every visit for them to guess what to do to help. Waste of time and money. She scored high on the **** test. Where do we go from here? No response from them either in regards to this review. Terrible health care. I work in science and years in the medical field. Please dont go here!
