    I purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot on March 07, 2025. I also purchased the **************************** Contract for $3417.00 plus tax for this vehicle. At the time of purchase I was told I could cancel the contract within 30 days without penalty.I cancelled the contract on March 09, 2025 via the Dealer Loyalty Protection website listed on my contract. I contacted the dealer on March 11, 2025 via email asking if I needed to do anything else. I did not receive a response.I contacted the dealer again on April 4, and received no response.On April 16 I contacted the customer service at dealer loyalty protection, on April 17 they responded that GMC of Riverfront Park had not cancelled the contract.I forwarded that email to *** on April 17.On April 18 I received an email from *** that they would contact the warranty company. I again emailed *** and ********************************* today, April 29. I received an email back from *** stating that they have not been in contact with the ********************************************** has been more than 7 weeks since we purchased the contract and have tried to cancel it. As I understand it the dealership has not cancelled the contract and the refund process has not started.I believe at this point the dealership should refund me directly for this contract.Thank you ****** *******

    Becker Buick GMC sold their dealership to GMC of Riverfront Park on March 12, 2024. 
    This complaint was filed in May of 2025!!

    This is not a Becker Buick issue!! There cannot be a response from me.

    Please do not use our PO Box any longer, it will be cancelled soon.

    I suggest reaching out to GMC of Riverfront Park with your issue.

    We confirm that the cancellation of your service contract has now been processed, and a refund check has been issued accordingly.  We regret the delays you experienced and acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the lack of timely responses and follow-up.
    Your persistence in following up was entirely justified, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused. Please be assured that we are reviewing our internal procedures to help prevent similar delays in the future.
