      This company, M.A.T.E.S. Seal Smart, is working next to my house, fixing a parking lot for a religious organization. They didn't give any notice that they would be blocking off one end of the alley, which caused a big problem for one lawn mowing worker on Monday. Today is Wednesday and they were shoveling the gravel from the alley by my garage door into buckets to use to fill cracks. They don't consider this stealing because they said it is just earth. However, I asked them to stop because they are down to the dirt and that is a problem! They only stopped because I took pictures. I talked to the City Public *********** and was given the Police Disbatch # to call. The officer said that he will go talk to them because they can't take city property. They are an out of town company, and they were very rude and not at all sorry that now I will have mud and dirt tracked into my garage. The gravel was newly spread in the fall and was so nice. But this company will not replace it, because it was already being used to fill large cracks before sealing. They told me that I could call the police, but that they won't do anything about it!
