      I ordered two pizzas and bread for pickup on a Saturday afternoon. Upon returning home with my pizzas, they were all raw dough in the center. They were inedible as they would have made my family sick. I called the restaurant to complain but their phone number goes straight to a message saying that they have a mailbox which is not set up yet. I then went to their website looking for a corporate phone number and could only find an online form to submit a complaint. I decided to do that. After a week of hearing nothing back, I decided to try calling again. The local phone number had the same message. I then submitted a second email complaint online and still didnt hear anything back. We are now almost a month after the incident and I have yet to hear anything back. The local phone number still has the same message playing. I believe I should get a refund as we were unable to eat the pizza.
