    I hired this company to install a recently recieved home filtration system-the NUVOH2O Manor Dual.
    Fresh from the box. Instructions included.

    Owner chose to send his son. Who was sick and stomped about for many hours. Around my dying roomate. Who had demanded the system.

    I did not find out after a year that the system was installed incorrectly-1. Because the installer was not approachable-at the time of installation when I did see something not appear right with the piping from below.

    2. Because the cartriges did not require change out prior to a year-for a family. My roomate passed shortly after the install. Just me. I did not notice until I went to order new cartriges--and opened the water closet-2 years later.

    I saw that things were not run correctly. First of all--I called the company. Run Wrong. I invited the man who runs my housing communtiry's OPERATIONS --yup run wrong...so I both sent a picture AND called the owner...who told me that I was incorrect... So...I confided in a neighbor of mine to get an estimate of what it would take to make it right...he's army core of engineers....yup run wrong.

    There should be 3 shut offs.
    The canisters are in the wrong formation. It should be Carbon, then softener.
    The only water that is treated is just cold to cold...not the c2c + c2h... --the whole point of the system was to bypass the calcification and chemicals..that comes with the hot water side of things... 1200$ for a system that is not doing its job. Plus the cost of shower filters. The danger of cartrige change outs above the electrical --multiple jjoints in the piping--the piping is miscolored.
    He told me it was all run to specs.
    I inquired under the trailer when he was having me watch for leaks-which he fixed becasue something did not look right. He said it was right.
    I did not hire a plumber because i was a plumber. But could folks not indicate they know what they are doing?

    The shut off does not even turn off the water above for system access.
