      Im disputing the amount that the apt complex gave back to me as a deposit. The apt manager on multiple occasions told me I dont need to clean the blinds since they will be replaced. She told me over the phone 3 times and during the walk out review she mentioned it again. I just recently got a copy of the charges for cleaning and the blind cleaning was a tidal of $40.00. I called the apartment complex last week and ****** said she has to talk to her boss to resolve and call me back. I havent received any phone call back or a resolution of my dispute.

      This company is absolutely terrible. I lived in an apartment covered in severe mold and had to message and call several times, until they finally assessed the issue weeks later. They have a mountain of animal f**** that sits at the waste stations for weeks at a time, it overflows and covers a 5 ft radius of the waste stations. Notice was given on 12/23/2022 to terminate the lease, and rent was paid for the following month. The lease states that tenants must give 20 days notice, and they are continuing to attempt to charge me for February and March even though notice was given. They sent this to collections when I never received notice. Additionally they fabricated my signature, as all documents were signed in person, and the signature on the lease is computer fabricated. They also do not even have a lease for the year of 2022. The lease they sent as evidence is from 2021 and was a 1 year lease. I have offered to pay the damages if they revoke the charges, but that simply isnt enough for a greedy company.

      Hello,

      We are happy to respond to the complaint and provide all requested information. Attached is a copy of the text message notification stating that the resident would be moved out of the apartment home on 12/25/22. Also attached is a copy of the signed lease agreement stating that the tenant and co-signer agree to pay rent on or by the 4th of each month starting from May 1, 2022 through the lease end date of April 30, 2023. As per the **************** landlord tenant law RCW 59.18.310 If the tenant defaults in the payment of rent and reasonably indicates by words or actions the intention not to resume tenancy, the tenant shall be liable when the tenancy is for a term greater than month-to-month, the tenant shall be liable for the entire rent due for the remainder of the term until the unit is re-rented. The management company did exactly as the law outlines. The move out packet that was timely sent to ******************** and the charges were clearly outlined for the unpaid rent for the remainder of the lease term. It is unfortunate that ******************** is taking her frustrations out of the management company because they are following the law and fiduciary duty to the owner of the property.       This real estate company was informed that the business next door was going to be doing a loud, disturbance filled project. They elected NOT to tell me when I moved in, so I have had to deal with chainsaws, loud machinery at 5 AM, and the patio that was private is no longer private because they allowed these people to tear out all the trees along side it. Since I moved in, nearly 7 months now, and I have no idea when it is even going to end. When I called the company to discuss it, ****** was extelremely rude and wouldn't even give the chance to get to a solution. I want out of my lease so I can move somewhere more quiet like I would have done had I known about the project in the first place. Or I want my rent lowered, this place is WAY over priced.

      Were very sorry to read that youre unhappy with your experience. Your feedback is what drives us to improve. Thank you for the opportunity to formally respond to your concern.
      Our company did not receive any notice that the property owners of the parcel next door were planning to do any work that would be loud or cause disturbance. Neighboring property owners are not required to inform their neighbors of any construction work. I would assume they are following City code and ordinances.

      There was no knowledge of this construction work planned to be done 7 months ago or at anytime in between. The lease term remains in effect. You may opt to pay an early lease termination fee of $2,000 to end your lease early. Please reach out to ********* at our office if you would like to move forward with this option.

      I have been repeatedly harassed by my neighbor and made complaints to the manager. She's retaliating and threatening a ten day notice against me. I am a single female with PTSD being harassed by a single male tenant and the complex does nothing other than retaliate against me. The complex manager is terrible and the property management will not respond. About to find a lawyer and file an bodily injury claim against this business.

      Thank you for your recent emails. We understand that you are having issues with your neighbor, we are aware, and have been involved in all the complaints made between both households. Originally, reported by your neighbor, regarding the noise coming from your apartment that started in March 2022. We have documented verbal complaints from each of you. After investigating, we have contacted both of you multiple times, verbally and via email, and both of you continue to state complaints of what we all consider, 'regular daytime noise.' We have offered both of you to move within the complex, we have offered both of you to break your lease. As far as we are aware, you nor your neighbor, have ever called security or the police due to fear or danger of each other, which leads us to believe this is an ongoing personal dispute. We cannot enforce tenants to not make any noises during the day. When the noise becomes excessive, deliberate,or  a disturbance of the peace, that makes it ok for us to step in and assist.We apologize for any misunderstandings and encourage you to review your emails between us. After your last report, due to the nature of the incident, your neighbor received a 10 day notice to quit. This is an unfortunate living situation and we hope to assist both of you to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, it will take willing effort from both parties involved.
