      I had bought a ticket to ride Northwestern Trailways from ******** ***** to ***** ***** for $54 (order#******). I was at the bus stop, and the driver blew by it; didnt even slow down, so I want my money back. I called the charging number (51 minutes wait), and they referred me to another number (1 hr, 2 min wait), who referred me to another number where my position in line changed from 6 to 3 to 1 back to 3 and then 6, and I gave up. In an entire morning I cant get my refund.

      Northwestern Trailways would like to extend our apologies for the inconvenience you experienced.

      Although these problems are not pleasant to address, it gives our company an opportunity to evaluate our current procedures and make changes to our employee training to better serve our customers.

      We apologize that we may have missed you. Though it is a very uncommon occurrence, at times our employees get so much on their mind that they do miss very important steps. We appreciate feedback from passengers as well as your letting us know of this occurrence. We have spoken with this particular employee to hopefully prevent a situation like this from happening again.

      It appears that you purchased the ticket through a third party, Trailways(ride.trailways.com). With this being the case we did not and have not collect the funds for your trip. You will need to contact them about reimbursement, for they will not pay us until the trip has been completed. Therefore the funds remain with that company. Again I apologize for any inconvenience.
