    Worst place ever. rude employees, milkshake Machine NOT cleaned picture to prove it. Employee laughing and not caring about they stole money and rude when I corrected them when they never made my food. We got the refund but obviously they continue to employee people who disrespect customers and laugh when they think it's okay to continue having continued mistakes.

    The zips in ******** ***** fired my boyfriend because a fellow employee of his had someone threaten him with a gun right outside of work. And its his fault apparently? Idk but it doesnt make any sense to me how hes going to get fired for saying stuff to another employee after his life got threatened.

    Went to drive thru waited 16 min for 2 burgers and fries ! When I got my receipt I was charged 1 mush/Swiss **** Asked for the upgrade and was supposed to add **** for the upgrade, however I was charged **** !!! So that's ****+****=13.07 for one burger and a larger drink and fries ?!?!?After sitting in the drive-thru for 15MIN !! All of us in the drive thru were literally getting out of our cars wondering what was going on......I got my food and asked why I was charged that much and she asked if I wanted it refunded I said yes, then she comes back and says they can't refund because we were already eating in it !!! Eating what ?!?!?! The imaginary extra burger we were charged for ???? This was so ridiculous and frustrating. I've never seen such incompetent management not coming to help out with the situation, just making the young girl who couldn't understand what was going on tell us to basically deal with it. I have a copy of my receipt and a picture of the menu board. I've never been so upset that I've had to email a place. Absolutely ridiculous
