It saddens me to write a bad review. Its not something I like to do. I was a retail business person for 34 years and word of mouth and customer feedback is key to success. My buying experience was excellent however thats where it stopped. I started in June with the service department for some warranty repairs. I called, left messages, emailed them repeatedly. To this day I have not received any response from them in regard's to any of my issues. I was treated poorly on the phone and promised repeatedly that they were on it and would call me back. None of that happened. I finally reached out to ************* they recommended that I find a mobile ** repair shop and they would get things approved and taken care of. I have spent countless hours on all this. I had to pay $200.00 for the service call of the mobile ** shop to come look at the ** to start a claim, that money is not covered by ************* Thats $200.00 dollars out of the ** fun money jar.The other side of this is Clickit RVknew I was moving into this unit in September for full time living and needed this work performed before then. Even knowing all this they still did not hold up to the requirements and expectations of ************ or myself as a consumer. My kids are planning to purchase an ** this coming year, you can certainly know this is not the dealer they will be buying from and that is a shame. Shame on you the management of Clickit RV for allowing this kind of treatment to any consumer.

On march 30th I bought a 5th wheel rv from clickit rv. Spent just north of $93,000 on this rv. Every sales person told me I could tow it with my modified truck with no issues, now in order to tow the rv I have to unmodified my truck to even go safely down the road. Then they sold me a "lemon" I've had nothing but issue, from wall not constructed right, doors pealing, water leaks, over 22 issues at hand. It's bee. In the shop for the first 2 months of me owning it, I've contacted everyone I can and the owner all he has to say is I must unmodified my truck to have this rv. So now this is my problem to deal with over a $6,000 bill to do this unmodification that's a must! He has no answer for the sales man lying about the tow ability or that the trailer needs a bunch of work.

      Business Response

      Date: 06/27/2024

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Based on the customer's year/make/model of his truck, he is able to tow the ** he purchased. We are not privy to nor can control any modifications added or removed to the truck. As far as repairs & fixes, we have addressed all issues brought to our attention. These are manufacturer warranty defects and we have gone above and beyond to fix all issues as fast as we can while facing shipping delays on part orders. We will continue to do our best to accommodate **************** repair concerns as they come up. The issues are all cosmetic and nothing is preventing him from using the **.  Thank you for allowing us to tell our side of the story!

      Complaint: 21843803

I am rejecting this response because: they sold me an RV based off of lies four different salesman told me I wouldn't have any issues with the Process as they all seen my truck in person and told me "without a doubt" you'll be fine towing which is wrong and i am unable to safely travel the way it is. As of being able to use the trailer that is also wrong. I work on the road "the reason I bought the trailer" so I could cut down on the cost of hotels and living expenses. So with the inability to tow the trailer to the next job I in fact can't use it. Also with the lies I've been told so far I honestly don't trust putting my personal possessions in the trailer as it has to go in and out of the shop to be "fixed". No one at the business likes to communicate and keep me up to date with issues they have found or have fixed.

      Sincerely,

Bought a brand new 5th wheel. Picked it up and brought it to the lake for our season spot. The refrigerator wasnt working. The dealership doesnt provide a mobile repair service. Had PNW mobile repair, a former employee come to diagnose the refrigerator. After two attempts he determined that we needed a new refrigerator. My trailer has been sitting 6 months at the Clickit service center to be repaired. Yesterday, 4/20/24 they called and said it was ready for pickup. I asked specifically for the refrigerator to be plugged in so I could verify the repair. It failed as expected because the service center didnt listen as I made them aware of the mobile repair technician recommendations. Now we have to wait again for our trailer to be repaired. We had to cancel trips we had planned and postpone our season at the lake, which is $500 a month. I want the refrigerator fixed NOW and a trailer to use while we wait for the repair. Or reimbursed $500 a month for the wasted spit we pay for the lake.

We bought a 2011 ************** 32 FS from the now out of business Pasco location. They delivered the ** to ** with a blown inverter, a slide that creeped out as you drove, stairs that wouldnt retract, a transmission leak, and a ton of cosmetic damage. The ** had clearly never gone through any sort of inspection process. We got them to finally pay for the inverter to be replaced only after signing a contract saying they were not liable for any of the other issues. Went all the way up to the owner, ************* (sp?) who did nothing but blow smoke and did nothing to actually remedy the situation. We finally walked, licked our wounds and settled with the fact we were completely fleeced. Now, two years later, the ** is back in the shop with broken stabilizers, needing a new AC power cord, new radio that shorts out constantly and a new slide motor when the warranty company Click it Sold us denies the claim. All because Clickit sold us a warranty for a pull behind trailer and not a drivable **. Now the ** has been in the shop for 5 months while Click it and the warranty company hash out whatever needs to happen. Click It is a terrible company in every way from the top down. They will take your money and sell you garbage and not think twice about it. Take your money elsewhere.

We were not made aware of the warranty issue until February 9th, 2024. The warranty provider (Axiom) confirmed yesterday, February 22nd, 2024, that all claims are being transferred to the correct policy. We're sorry that he's having trouble with his RV. Thank you for letting us tell our side of the story!

My husband (*********************) and I bought a new Forest River Puma XLE 30-DBSC at the ** show on Friday, January 13, 2023 (total cost around $50,000 after warranty and taxes). Because we bought it on a Friday and the ** show was scheduled to last all weekend, ClickItRV asked us to allow them to continue showing it on the condition ClickItRV would repair any and all damage that might be sustained to it via the ** show foot traffick. After this, *****-It ** had to do some repairs - replace a cracked shower/tub (one of the workers had accidentally damaged), among other things, such as the main entry door not closing property. It wasn't until end of March/early April that we were notifiedthat the trailer was ready for walk-through/orientation. On April 7th we did ****** orientation/walk-through. Several damaged items were noted including a cracked plastic vent frame, exterior door crack, stained pillows/furniture, and hanging ceiling molding strips spanning across the trailer's interior ceiling, not horrible but about a 1/4 inch gap between the molding and the trailer's ceiling. The person we did the walk-through with took several pictures of these items, including the hanging molding, on her tablet. In **** ***** It ** notified us that all repairs had been made except for the hanging molding and I was expressly told by someone (I believe ******) in the scheduling or service department at ***** It ** that they didn't want to keep our trailer any longer now that it was camping season, and they would send someone out to our summer camping spot about 1.5hrs away. We were later told in June (after several follow-**** that they do not provide maintenance outside their facility. When we picked up our trailer, the bottom of the trailer was damaged and held up by a couple pieces of tape which quickly fell off. We also discovered that the shower they replaced was not working which we were not aware of as it was never tested at our walk-through.

I was under the impression that ******* was going to rectify my concerns, however they continue to fail to return my calls and hope I will just give up and accept an unsafe vehicle. The electrical problem with the tail lights has been ongoing since day one and they cannot replicate the issue. If there is an accident, I would be held responsible and do not want to risk the safety of my family or those around me. ******* has had the unit in their possession for four months of the first year that I have owned it, in that time I have been unable to enjoy or use it for the purpose that I purchased it for. I feel that this is the reason that they obtained the unit with low miles and just passed the problem on to me. This most recent trip to the service department, I asked for an appointment for when they could work on it and not just have it on the lot for when it was convenient for them. They had the unit for five weeks before they called me to say they could not make repairs and wanted me to drive it until the problem presented itself again. In that time they were also to repair/replace the ** but did nothing until I arrived to pick it up. At that time they had me sit around for another hour and determined that it was not functioning and would have to get authorization from the warranty company to replace it.  After a week and a half I have yet to hear from them and will require another trip and who knows how much time to make that repair. I look forward to your response and ****** like to have a conversation with you.

      Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: This is a safety issue that first occurred the first day that I drove the unit off the lot. This is an intermittent issue that has happened no less than 4 times and I am not comfortable driving a unit with malfunctioning taillights. This is a safety issue that puts me, my family and others around me at risk of injury or death. Clickit has had the unit for over 4 months out of the first year that I have owned it, the last time they had it for 5 weeks. At that time the solution was for me to drive it until it happens again and they were not even able to repair/replace the ** that should be covered under the warranty they sold me.

      Sincerely,
