    I hired Sanders specialty services in November of last year to put in new windows, window wraps, soffit, facia, an siding. They did the windows an most of the window wraps, then said they would finish in the spring as the weather was bad. I paid him in full for the job. I contact him again this September an he said he couldn't finish the job until next spring claiming to be too busy even though he's been paid in full. He has contacted me several times to say he would come do the one window wrap left but not the rest of the job. He damaged the existing siding an the caulking he installed didn't stick an looks bad. I have all documents for the job including his invoice an record of my checks paid to him. I also have pics of the damage done to the existing siding. The job was to be done so I can put gutters on the house, an he knows that, an he is really dragging his feet an I jus want my money back an for him to not contact me anymore

    I installed all the windows in our agreement. All wraps were finished but one window. Her son said he would buy the metal to finish the last window but never let her know. I talked to her and I helped her get the metal that was needed to finish the last window but was waiting on her to make sure her son wasn't around the property because ***** and I were not on good terms because of a band we were in together. I also told her I would recaulk the outside metal because the caulking failed.  I did not damage anything. The fascia and soffits materials she did pay for in the original bid but I told her I needed to give her a separate labor bid for the soffits and fascia. I will refund the labor for that one window wrap or just finish it but like I said ***** can not be present. She has paid for the all the windows and materials already and my labor for the windows installed and window wraps that is true.

    I was supposed to finish the last window wrap tomorrow, Tuesday 11/14.   She called me yesterday and she said she was sick and canceled the appointment. Today she leaves a review saying that I wasn't going to do it until spring. I have been trying to work with her since I called HER in September to get the job finished. I had to wait 2 months for the metal to show up to finish the last window. This could have been taken care of months ago but her son didn't communicate with her about ordering the metal.
