    I ordered a chair (with foot rest) from this company. I received no information about the product being shipped for 10 days. Finally, I emailed them stating that I would being refuting payment. I received an email stating my order was shipped but to ****** and I am in ****. My package, according to **** is out for delivery today on the other side of the country. I have email the company twice today about THIS issue and no response. There is no customer service number and the "24/7 chat" they have available is not working.

    For over 10 days now I have been emailing back-and-forth with the king ***** customer service, email, and every time I get a different representative responding asking me for the same information which is the date of transaction and the photos I insisted in providing a replacement for the chair that broke with just three uses and I fell on the floor during a soccer game And it was quite embarrassing. They do not provide me with any resolution and it appears to just be the same runaround and they want to tire me out by asking for the same thing but I am asking either for a replacement or for my money back.
