      I scheduled this sprinkler company months ago, then cancelled the day before (24 hours in advance). I just received an invoice with a cancellation fee. What?!! $55.59 to cancel? I cancelled 24 hours in advance. I recommend never using this company, especially do not schedule with them! I am asking that this invoice be cancelled immediately!

      On 05/01/2023 at 2:18pm, an appointment was scheduled by my wife with ****** over the phone for 05/11/2023. ****** was informed that no one would be available until after 2:00/2:30pm that day. ****** said she would leave a note for Craig, but that Craig "makes his schedule the day before" and that she could not guarantee when he would choose to arrive. ****** was then informed again that no one would be available until after 2:00pm. On 05/10/2023 at 9:13am, ****** left a message stating that the appointment for 05/11/2023 would be some time in the early afternoon.On 05/11/2023 at 1:29pm, Craig called but left no message.On 05/11/2023 at 1:32pm, ****** left a message stating that both she and Craig had tried to call before leaving my house, and that the appointment would have to be rescheduled.On 05/11/2023 at 2:05pm, I arrived at the appointed address (i.e., my listed address). and awaited C & E Sprinkler.On 05/11/2023 at 2:55pm, my wife left a message for C & E Sprinkler, stating that she just received their messages andwas just leaving work.On 05/11/2023 at 3:12pm, ****** left a message stating that the appointment was rescheduled for 05/18/2023 for the end of the day between 3:00pm and 4:30pm. She also stated that Craig would be charging $93.74 "since there was no one home today."On 05/11/2023 at 3:55pm, I called C & E Sprinkler and asked ****** "what [she] did not understand about 'no one will be available until after 2:30[pm]'?"****** responded that she could not control when Craig arrives. I then informed her that I would not be paying any bill they sent us. ****** then stated that she would send it to collections.C & E Sprinkler is 1.3 miles (i.e. 4 minutes dive) away from my residence. It was made clear that no one would be at the house until after 2:00pm.

      As far as I know, the customer has not been billed.  I didn't know that the customer would not be home after 2:30 but we do not give exact arrival times to anyone.  We are done with our day by 3:30 pm so all appointments are done prior to that time.  There was miscommunication on that part.

      If the customer did receive a bill then I will null and void that.
