    I spent the last year of my husbands life and the first year after he died fighting with Anthem The problem was that our insurance was in my name. I went on ******** in February 2021. They went on charging us for two people until June 2021. They then returned all our premiums and denied coverage from feb to June. My husbands drugs were around $1000 a month. The hospitals sent the bills to collection agencies. When they reinstated his policy they put him on a different policy that did not pay for the doctors who were treating him, cost $200 a month more than the policy we needed. They then refused coverage for the hospital we used. I spoke to 4 different resolution agents who did absolutely nothing and never called back. Eventually they returned the money almost a year to the day after my husband died, but at one point I was owed $21,000.I finally got their attention by writing a personal letter to their CEO. They never apologised never compensated me for the debt or the time or the fact that their so called health care company caused me incredible stress when my husband was dying. They are the worst.
