Severe price gouging, thinking their customers aren't intelligent. It was something I could have fixed myself if I didn't get stranded in *******. Tie rod end finished going out, and I needed my power steering fixed.Because previously inspected my truck down the road I knew what I needed done, just as was confirmed.I needed everything from upper and lower ball joints and the control arms, bushings were all shot, tie rod ends, inner outer tie rods, ****** and idler arm, etc.I had a power steering pump said would use but didn't even open the box said wouldn't fit-I left the truck and they started on it in the a.m.called me back not long after confirming everything I needed and telling me it would be $2,600-I about cracked myself but I needed a lot of parts and I assumed it included everything I needed that was talked about-including things that we didn't such as fluids and the serpentine belt that I knew would to be needed replaced which didn't,only given me bare minimum parts to fix my alignment and steering-just the price of one control arm could have bought a complete rebuild kit for the front end which I thought I was getting-charging me for example$****** for 2 inner tie rods,or $233.91 for a ****** arm. Then another $50.51 for install but can't tell, as they intentionally blur the parts and labor into one charge, but shows separate at the bottom but leaves you no idea what was actually labor vs parts. Then I don't want to say they broke my driveline but they may as well cuz it was such a clean break, told me I needed a new driveline for $1,200 and another ****** for driveline.as well and then charged me$233.91 and $46.88+for $30ujoints?!? that should have already been on a severely overpriced driveline!! I instantly complained when I realized how they took advantage of me, thinking I was stupid-told me he did my driver bearing when it didn't need to be done - that it wasn't a hub? And then charged me for $255.36 for "hubs"etc+ $4,227.47 for about 5hrs of work. ++More
