      May 22 2023 I purchased a home at ********************************************************************* for $209,458.83, this was on a residential purchase and sale agreement, in Aug 2023 I received a statutory deed on the land, there was a title to the mobile home that was to be eliminated to make it real property and attach it to the land, I called wfg title, left message for Katlenia ********, the associate said the title was on her desk and she would have me call her back, I later received an email saying that there were things to sign for DOL, meaning no elimination had been done, after my realtor had contacted her by email about the elimination she said she would have to see title, she knew she had the title, I have told them I did not buy land on a land sale agreement and that is a complete different contract than a residential PSA, I signed a residential PSA and want the title eliminated as it was suppose to be and attached to the land, I am getting no where with this company, as it stands I have nothing other than a deed for land, I have not received any paperwork that even shows I bought this home, other than the statutory deed for the land, this is now September 19, 23, I believe they screwed up and now don't want to eliminate the title and attach it with land, I can never seek any financing or anything else I might need as this mobile home is at this point not real property and for that matter I have nothing that even shows its mine, I have told them I would seek legal action if title is not eliminated and attached to land, now I am being avoided all together, my realtor has tried to get this resolved also with no avail
