    I signed up almost a month ago for an internet 800#, and I still don't have use of it. I selected the number because it spelled out my business. I can't transfer it to another company, because I have paid for them to set it up. They told me the paperwork was mismatched...yet they were the ones to advise me. I feel like every time I call, all I get is excuses. My next bill is scheduled for May 8th, and it will be my second billing. Not having the number is preventing me from ordering business cards for an industry event that I will be attending in two weeks. Furthermore, I found another company that charges $12.75/month for the same service (maybe better). I can't sign up with them because the number I want is tied up with Mighty Call.

    Hi ******, 

    Thank you for reaching out! During your sign-up, you selected an option to port in an existing number from your current provider, and entered ************ as the number you'd like to transfer to MightyCall. However, when we submitted a port order to move the number ************ to MightyCall from ******** based on your Letter of Authorization, it got rejected due to all data mismatch, which we communicated to you immediately.

    Your further correspondence reveals that ************ is not the number you currently have with a different provider and would like to move to MightyCall, but rather a new number you'd like MightyCall to add to your account. Unfortunately, we don't have this number in the inventory. If you try calling the line, you can see that it's an existing number with some other business, which we aren't affiliated with.

    Our support team reached out to you yesterday offering to add 2 more weeks to your currently paid month of subscription free of charge, as well as several toll-free number suggestions to consider instead of the number you were looking for. Alternatively, as communicated yesterday, we'd be happy to make a full refund.

    Please let us know how you'd like us to proceed.

    I want a full refund, and cancellation of my service.
    I followed the instructions they gave me, and repeatedly was told different stories on what was happening with my account over a three week period
    during which I lost the 800 # that HAD been available that spelled out my business name.
    I have since found an alternate company that provided me with an 800 facsimile that spells my business name, and they had me set up and running in under
    five minutes while I was a passenger en route to a business training event for four days.
    I don't have time to mess around.  I "should" have been actually working my business those past three weeks, instead of doing continuous follow up 
    on something that "should" take 5 minutes.
