    This company is the biggest joke! All of my husband's tools were stolen out of a job trailer on the company's property and they did nothing! We have tried for almost 3 weeks to get my husband's W2 from them and haven't received it yet!

    The salesman ***** was awesome. After that it went downhill fast! The communication was horrible! We didn't know until the day before if they were coming or not. The ** got involved and after that it went smoothly! The install guys ***** and ****** were awesome. Very professional, had a great sense of humor! We love the bath!

    We recently had a bathroom tub replacement by Pacific Bath. The job was actually started a week earlier than we were originally quoted. The team that did the work were very polite and professional. The work was done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were not bashful in asking us to review their work before moving onto the next phase of the project. The team leader did a very good job in communicating with us during the remodal. I would not hesitate in having Pacific Bath come back and replace the shower area in another one of our bathrooms.

    From the beginning all was great. From sales to installation. The installation guys were knowledgeable and courteous. Work was done in two days, even with the wife and I making a couple of changes.

    From the initial sales contact, through scheduling with the local office, and installation over 1-1/2 days, everything was excellent. The materials and finish of our tub>shower conversion are beautifully done. Couldn't be happier - highly recommend Pacific Bath.

    ****************The salesman and installation team were great, especially *****, the install lead. The company has the worst communication. The service lead was horrid. Overall the new shower is beautiful and is working very well for my husband.
