For almost a year we have been trying to get this company to finish a kitchen remodel. All we get from them if we can get a response from them is delays and broken promises. We were overcharged. We paid for high end flooring, and they switched to a cheaper product without telling us. They charged us for products and services we did not receive they did work without authorization and after we paid their invoices, they told us those invoices were obsolete and issued new ones after the work was completed and wanted more money. The flooring they installed is already coming apart and one of the cabinets is broken. They didn't provide the accessories we wanted bur charged us double the original quote for the cabinets. My wife and I are both disabled, and I was stuck in bed the during the construction process, so I was unable to monitor the work until after it was done. I could fill several pages with all the problems we have with them. We originally just wanted some water damaged flooring replaced and ended up with a full kitchen remodel that the insurance company denied most of what they claimed had to be replaced. In my opinion this company is comprised of a group of con artists that prey on vulnerable people. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TSW CONSTRUCTION. I give them one star because you don't have anything lower.

On September 2,2022 I put a substantial deposit on a 20x50 pole building, so far as of November 1, I have a pile of unleveled gravel and a bunch of excuses for nothing else being done. Mostly excuses and or no response as to what the next steps are, the office voicemail is full and nobody answers the phone, this project was going to be done in 30days, sounded reasonable, now what Tsw?
