    ** it off for cleaning and the lady assur** me it was no problem. I pre-paid. When I pick** it up the following week, it was in a bag and nothing was said. When I got home and pull** it out, the entire blanket was matt** and ruin**. I call** and spoke to the man who told me to bring it back. He took a look and recogniz** that it was ruin** and ask** to keep it for a couple days to see if he could fix it. My husband went back to pick it up a couple days later and the man apologiz** saying he tri** to brush it out but that he couldnt fix it. My husband said its ruin**, what can we do? Thats when the lady came out from the back aggressively yelling at my husband havent you ever been to a dry cleaner before?! Ne**less to say, it didnt end well. They didnt offer a refund or to replace the expensive blanket. Extremely disappoint** at the lack of respect and the fact that I paid someone $75 to destroy my property. Will never ever be back and ** warn others to find elsewhere to go.
