    I was hoping to rent a home from this rental company. At the time I was out of the state and traveling back to *********, where the company operates. An hour after signing the lease I found the home to be much, much worse off than the rental company had been forthright about. I asked to ****** the lease and get my money back (one months rent and a security deposit). They ran my in circles for weeks before agreeing to give me my money back. It took them over a month to return it and when they did they only returned one months rent and decided to keep my $2,200 security deposit. I reported it to my bank and the claim was accepted. I received my money back. They must have fought it because today the charge came back. This is horrible business practice and shady dealings at best. Id like my $2,200 deposit back given I never stepped foot in the home and changed my mind immediately upon signing the lease, which I felt pressured into doing quickly by the owner ****
