    We purchased a custom easy up on 1//7/2023 from *** at Racerconcepts LLC; we worked with him to customize it for our racing season with logos and race numbers. This was to be sent to us directly. Months went by of excuses on why it hadn't arrived, why there was no tracking number, then we asked for a refund we were told we could have one due to not receiving the product, but it was please submitting the request in writing, then please fill out a form...we did all of those things. Now he is stating the refund was sent but can't provide proof or details showing where the refund was sent, and it was not received by the original card as he is stating. I feel like 11 months is VERY understanding and we have tried to work with him as he is a small business but at this point we are out close to $1000 and time spent, money that came from sponsors and others along with not having an easy up all season. We would just like our refund of $839.99 ASAP. I have attached the emails that support his on going delays and confirmation of refunding that hasn't happened.

    I am the owner of RacerConcepts LLC. 

     

    ** didn't do a transaction with ***, ******. Her husband was the Customer we dealt with. He has had full knowledge of everything.

    I have emailed her husband several times and explained the error that the manufacture made. This canopy was an overseas purchase from *****. Due to the error, the shipment was cancelled. I tried to have another one made and shipped to the customer, but they refused to except the canopy. At that point ** have offered to take care of this refund by end of month (Jan) ** have had Communcation with The Client that purchased the canopy.  She was not the Client.

     

    The client ********************* will have a complete refund by the end of the month.
