    I purchased this product on 6/10/23 and unfortunately the clasps are difficult for me to close. Due to issues with my hands. They claim a no hassle return policy. Ive been getting the run around saying they are forwarding me to the return department and nothing happens. Extremely frustrating.

    I received my hula hoop. I put it together. The quality is very cheap and wouldn't glide smoothly. I contacted the company within 2 HOURS after I received it to request a REFUND. They have a 100% guarantee on their product. They keep giving me the run around and now have stopped communicating with me. I still have not been refunded. **************** is awful. They are pure FRAUDS.
