    We had a contract with Wooden Gate Construction LLC for a deck replacement / expansion project that was supposed to be finished by March 1st, 2022.The work is not complete, with railing system not installed at all, all railing posts not properly installed, deck surface not properly installed and is a safety hazard for my family, also the framing / footing is not up to code with city approved permit. the installed rain escape has also multiple spots punctured through and not waterproof.We have exhausted our energy, time, and bank account to reach an agreement to have Wooden Gate Construction LLC to finish the work. We provided good faith and updated new contract for them to sign but they has no response and intentionally delayed the response.Not only we don't have a usable deck, our doors to the deck area have been blocked by Wooden Gates Construction since Dec 2021.My kids have been asking me when they can have the deck to play on for almost a year. I myself had to go through mental therapist for my depression.We got multiple evaluation and estimates from other contractors and the common finding is the current deck is not complete, with serious quality issue, and need to be redone.We demand a full refund of all paid amount to Wooden Gate Construction LLC.
