    I ordered three products from the business on April 29th with a confirmation of the order sent via email. I was supposed to receive confirmation when the order shipped and as of yet, I have no further correspondence from the business. I tried reaching them via their "Contact Us" link on their website, and via all the email links (info email, customer service email, and help email). Nothing has been answered and I am beginning to thing this is a big scam. I tried reaching out to the phone number on the website and it is "not in service." I also realized that in adding it to the BBB business directory, the zip code for the address listed does not match the town it claims to be in. I am asking for assistance in either the completion of my order, or for the validation that this is a scam and to have the website flagged! I can then contact my credit card to dispute the charges.     I ordered their cheese grater on 12/26/24. I received shipping confirmation on 1/5/25. However, ever since arriving in the ** and clearing customs, the package is listed as in transit. Its last location was *******************; I live in ******************* and there is no reason why the package should be pending for a month. Ive reached out to the business informing them the package is lost and that Id like a refund but they refuse to issue one. I am seeking a full refund as the product never arrived.

    On 12/6/24 I purchased a cheese grater as part of a black Friday bundle that I saw on social media. It noted that processing time was 1-3 business days , I received an email that my order was on its way on 12/12/24. The website reports 7-10 days shipping time not including weekends. My tracking number as of 1/4/25 is still "your shipment is in transit. Thanks for waiting" and has been since 12/25/24. I spoke to customer service on 12/31/24 requesting an update on the location of my package and they said it would be delivered in the next few days. Here we are on 1/5/25 without any additional updates to location/delivery time. I attempted to reach out previously on social media but my post were deleted, just warning people that the shipping times were misleading because they say "in stock ready to ship" but mention nothing about the arrival times. I would like my money back or a specific delivery date in the near future. I was under the impression based on advertising that I would have this grater for the holidays and have been manually grating since then as a result.

    Purchased 10/28/2024, shipped 11/14/2024, received 11/22/2024. I bought two shredders. one for me and one for my daughter. They were purchased as gifts to us. I didn't open it because I wanted to wait, and we open them together. I bought from a FB reel, so I honestly didn't see a 15-day trial period. When we opened them Christmas Day, it would not stick to the counter as they stated. It was a huge fight to get it to shred because I couldn't stick it long enough to be able to shred my cheese.I sent an email and told me it was passed the 15-day window but gave me a 15% off another one! These two don't work, why would I want another one? I went to their web site, and they have an address, but I checked it out and ************************************* E is a private residence. The zip they gave me ***** does not exist. The area code (814) is a Pennsylvania area code. This has SCAM all over it. The zip I put in ***** is the correct zip for ****** **********, but not the one they gave me. I had to put that in order to proceed with the report. Sorry about that!

    Dear BBB,

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

    For order 11705, the order was actually not eligible for refund since it has passed the 30 day return period. As the customer received a defective item, we offered free replacement instead which the customer declined. 

    As a courtesy, we have refunded with a 50% refund last December 31. 

    To resolve the issue promptly and to the customers satisfaction, we have refunded the remaining funds of $39.34 to their original payment method today, Jan. 14. We believe this action resolves the matter completely.


    We value our customers and strive to provide excellent service. Please let us know if there is any additional information or documentation needed to close this case.

    thank you, Better Business Bureau for taking care of this matter for me!  If they had listened to me in the first place, knowing they sold junk, then I would not have had to take this matter further!  All I wanted was for them to take the item back and give me my money, but Their business is crooked!  

    They have horrible reviews on their website about this product and unfortunately, I read it after I bought the items!  Thats because I was having a very hard time using the product. When I got to look at their website, the address was from ****************. The street address was a personal residence and the ZIP Code did not match the county that was listed. And the phone number was a Pennsylvania phone number. 

    To me, if you have to lie about where your business is, thats very crooked!  They should not be allowed to sell stuff in the **!  Its garbage straight from *****!  

    I am satisfied with the full refund!
