    The amount of your dispute does not match the invoices you received from our company. You were invoiced for a negotiated amount of $52,872.07 for work completed at your home. The owner, ********, accounted for all work at your home which did not have photo documentation and adjusted the bill accordingly.  After the adjustments were made, you received an updated invoice with a due date for payment. The outstanding balance on your account is incurring fees, as you did not pay your invoice in full. Your account is no longer with **** Davis as it was sent to a collections agency. You will need to make payment in full to them to avoid any further legal fees. Please reach out to ************************* & Associates to get the information on your new balance with them.
    Our lead technician inspected the window with you onsite and determined it was an older damage, not broken by us. The break in the window does not show evidence of, or align with, any work which was completed at your home. 


    All payments made by State Farm were intended for **** Davis Restoration, not to keep. We have provided them with all documentation necessary to agree with our claim.
