      January 5, 2023 We bought our FIRST RV from Camping World and were pressured to purchase the Sound Pacific Resort Timeshare. We were told that Neskowin Park had walking access to the beach. We were also told that If we were no longer interested in the "membership," they would assist us in canceling it. March 29, 2023 FIRST/ONLY Camping trip to Neskowin Creek RV Resort. We were told we would need the NEW/UPDATED Photo Entry Cards before returning. There is NO WAY to walk to the beach. You have to DRIVE 7 miles to the nearest beach access - and the parking lot was always full, even the disabled parking spots.April 2023 I called Sound Pacific Resort about the Photo Entry Cards, and they confirmed they would be needed from now on. I tried to schedule an appointment to do that, but we were put on a waiting list for the appointment. We were informed we could NOT use the resort until we had the New cards.July 16, 2023 Finally was able to go get the pictures taken for the New Entry Cards. I was told they would be mailed out in a few weeks.August 11, 2023 Tried to reach out to Sound Pacific Resorts to find out when the cards should arrive. Nearly impossible to find any contact information for them other than a mailing address - so I sent a letter. September 11, 2023 Still have not heard anything. I found a number ************. Was told they "are working on it" and we should get them soon. Also asked for a copy of my contract - never received it.November 2023 Called again - at this point I just want to cancel my membership. I was told it is 15% of the sale price plus $250 Transfer Fee. They DO NOT assist you (opposite of what they said when we purchased). I am solely responsible for finding someone to buy it. I also asked again for a copy of my contract, he recited my email address back to me and said he would send it right after the call - never received it. (Not in Junk or Spam either)I have not been able to use "Membership" since April. Waste of money.

      We spent over $3000.00 for this membership and we were told that once we paid that amount the only additional cost would be for Coast to Coast and RPI yearly dues. I just discovered that my husband has been paying an additional fee for Sound Pacific Resort every year. This is definitely not what we were told. I just want to know why we have been charged this amount of money every year when we were told we had no other charges.

      I see there was a second message sent and closed in regards to this complaint. I should have informed earlier that two attempts have been made to contact this individual and I have not received a response (she requested contact by the business).
