- Our services are provided to achieve optimum results and designed to be successful for a reasonable time period stated within each proviso attached each particular service for each particular patient. We stand by our agreements 100%. For every service we provide that is of a tangible nature such as TMJ appliances, Sleep appliances etc. we offer a 10% reduction for replacements if that item was purchased here. That offer is good irrespective of the elapsed time from which it was delivered.
