  Meineke corporate and local support their management sending p**** pics to customers. I had some work done on ************ in ******, **********, and was happy with the work. And the manager seemed friendly enough. Im not sure what led him to believe that he could get extra friendly, and after paying him thousands of dollars he sent me pictures of his p**** and told me what he wanted me to do with that, I was going to give ***** however ****************************** at the exact same time again at night on his personal phone to my personal phone. I then went to corporate and local management. He still has his job so in my eyes Meineke supports gross sexual misconduct from their management. Ladies, please be aware if you go in there and hand them any money you may get nothing but disrespect back. I was so disgusted. So *****, the manager at ******** on ************ in ******, ********** has sexual misconduct issues. and all of the district or general managers did nothing. I have never been so disrespected by a man or place of business in my life. The men in my life dont send women that. He said it was his first time doing it, but I highly doubt it. Especially if he knows that he can get away with it, and Meineke will still keep him employed.

  First time I went to Meineke on *************** in ****** was to get a vehicle inspection in order to obtain a TNC permit. I got a copy of the inspection and expected Meineke to send a copy to King ****** so I can receive my Country permit. However, they failed to do so. I kept getting reminders from Ride Share I signed up for to upload the "Correct ******* For Hire Permit". So I contacted Meineke. They informed me that all I need is to come by for a quick visual inspection and they would file the inspection report electronically. I came by and to my surprise, it was a whole different story. The employee was not only rude but also kept making the same "wrong" statement-->Give me a copy of the inspection and I'll copy it and email it to the ***************. I informed him that this will Not work and that he needed to fill out the online form required by the city. After nearly 15 mins of discussion, he told me that he doesn't know how to file the form! I said it was fine. He just needs to have the "certified mechanic" perform the inspection and file the paper report then the store manager would file it electronically! He didn't like the idea and went back to asking me for the original inspection paper so he can email it! I made it clear that no email would work since the city does Not offer an email address to send it to! He became more agitated and stormed out of the front office. A few minutes later, I heard him yelling in the back while talking to others. 10 minutes later, the "certified mechanic" came to tell me he won't be able to do it and that I would have to come another time! I took 1/2 day off work and drove 1+ hours to make it to the store. Just to be told to come back again for absolutely no reason!

  I went there for an oil change dropped off my car at 1pm 11/26/2023 I left my keys and info he said he'd call when it's done. I waited until 4:13 for a text to come though that my car was ready I go and pick it up and he handed me my keys and told me " your all set " I said I need to pay yes ? He said" no charge" so I left thinking okay this is weird got home checked my dipstick and it was black oil and not only that they didn't even chage the oil they over filled my tank and being that I have a turbo and need full synthetic that could have potentially ruined my engine if I hadn't checked when I got home. Very unprofessional and put me in danger driving my car like that. Had to immediately go to another place to get it changed the right way..

  Meineke #**** ************************************************************ - F Rated Non Accredited I've been having my suspicions recently based on inflated/unclear prices and work. After thousands of dollars, I accumulated enough points for a Free ****************** change after work was finished I was told that my rewards would only cover 30% off because the store Manager said my Focus doesn't meet the requirements, which I strongly disagree with but I payed the 70% other wise my car could be held hostage preventing me from working and could not reach corporate because they don't want to be bothered on the weekends. **************** was unhelpful saying my only hope was asking the Manager, the same Manager that was refusing to honor my earned rewards. Also they took my points for the oil change and did not honor 450 points that I was to receive for that oil changed so I was screwed on my rewards twice for 450 points and I'm out ***** dollars.
