    My son played baseball for this club last season and was invited back for this season. We had to start payments or pay in full (which is what I did) in July, July 3rd ************************************************************************** August. That didnt happen November 5, 2024 my son was seperated from his former teammates at the practice and put into a group of new kids. It wasnt until that Friday November 8, 2024 that we were told that those are the teams. Not a single word was said prior to my son not even on the day he was separated. Come to find out that they had always planned on moving him. The lack of respect towards my son any I as well as issues with his new coach since the only interaction hes ever had with my son was to yell at him for another kid missing the ball as well as this new coach makes negative comments about other kids openly and blatantly it was clear that this club was no longer for us. I requested my money back since I had paid the entire years dues upfront. The dues include training and facility use ONLY. Tournament fees (which I paid and also havent been refunded for) and uniform are completely separate costs. It only makes sense that I receive the money back for services that I am NOT receiving. When disputed with Venmo I was notified that it was denied and I would be receiving a check for $1200 which isnt even CLOSE to the amount of money owed to me. My son was out of town all of August when practices started. He only used the facility from September 2nd, 2024 to November 5th, 2024
