    On 04/25/23 I went into EZ Gadget repair on *****************************************************************. My daughters iPhone screen was glitching and the tech suggested that it needed a new screen. I agreed on the estimate of $189 as the tech suggested there will be no other problems after this. If so, the warranty will cover another replacement.I brought the phone back in today on 05/08 as the phone is displaying the same problems as before the repair. The same tech said that the phone will need to be repaired again, and that the company doesnt honor the warranty. (Regardless of previous conversation or printed on receipt)He offered a substantial discount of $129 to fix the same problem that I paid $198 the first time to fix. I declined this offer as I felt it was a major scam. A business should uphold their work. Said work should last longer than two weeks. Please help regulate! I have receipts/ bank records maintained.

    You broke the screen again. It is clear from the giant cracks in the screen.  That is not covered under any warranty. That is explained after every repair.
