    i would leave zero stars if I could - He comes across as charming, capable and forthright. However, his work is sub-par and shoddy at best. Either he or his worker damaged a brand new stove and did not fess up. We had to find the damage ourselves as he was sure to hide it under some materials on top of the stove concealing the damage on the corner. Contractor ***** ***** took a cash paying job - we paid him over $11,000.00 for (about 100 hours worth) work that is shoddy and beyond sub-par. We asked him to install a upper cabinet beside the fridge (near the stove) as well as over the fridge. He damaged a brand new stove - from the looks of it they dropped something very heavy (a cabinet) on the corner of the stove. There is now a huge crack in the front corner over one of the elements. Or it was one of his workers who are not licensed by LNI - ****** ****** - not sure of the other person he has working for him but he alluded to having another worker on other jobs. They then hid the crack under some paperwork and it was not discovered until today when my husband went to the residence to move everything off of the stove and out of the kitchen. ***** is not a good contractor and is a liar as he said he did good quality work but again, the work is shoddy at best. While we did review his photos on his website of other jobs he has done, we took him at his word that he does quality work. The photos on his website may be too far away to see the defects? His cohorts/workers he pays under the table do even worse work per the damages they caused at the condo we hired them to help us finish. We understand that we do not have recourse since we paid in cash and did not have a signed contract but wanted to make everyone aware of his fraudulent activities and poor workmanship.
