    Recorded solicitation call required by and ********** from SavEdge Fitness LLC. After an hour she pressured me as I had to get back to work into making a deposit $500 and agreed to send me the information she promised of her coaching program that included open communication on issues, a tailored plan, a hormone testing kit, coaching calls, a therapist, meal plans, workout programs, etc. Instead she sent an agreement that lacked major details such as capacity and consideration; open communication, the breakdown/itemized fees for the benefits, the agreement lacked the business address business contact number, and fees related to payment. I only initialed all areas and intentionally did not sign it as it was not what I had asked for and awaited the welcome packet after deposit. I finally received an overwhelming welcome packet of 9 attachments the morning of 9/10/2024. When I met Coach ******* **** (no information about her on the website) for a *20 minute zoom call, she claimed to not know all benefits of my 12 week program when I asked for my hormone kit to be shipped. When filling out my first week check in, I added my concerns of modifying my program which was never acknowledged. The coaching was not professional level, well over industry standards at a premium price and lacked educational and informative guidance. ******* was a cheerleader who did not address any shortfalls or teaching opportunities about the results provided. ******** (a non-certified physician) denied my request for a hormone kit until I provided her my HIPPA blood work (not required on her website nor agreement). In this situation I was 3 weeks in and was not being granted what was agreed to. I sent my blood work out of frustration only to be fraudulently mailed a thank you card 8.80 oz. On 9/8/2024 ******** refused on a recorded zoom call to address my concerns. I verbally terminated services and followed up on her app in writing. I have disputed $817 with BOA. She has prayed on my health and

    I am requesting a full refund of $1,451 and to settle this matter with no further legal action or communication from the *** and ******** ******

    -The agreement was required before full details were provided of the solicitation (evidence/ documented in her welcome pack) business was not conducted in good faith as the business was administratively dissolved at the time of doing new business at acted in a deceptive matter to bind me to $2,400 without fair consideration or capacity 
    -breached the ** State Consumer Protection Act, breached the agreement of my privacy on social media, breached the terms of the agreement of services and denied any timely resolution when requested

    -denied copies of the following; recorded zoom calls, intake forms, coaches certifications, status of llc at the time of this solicited agreement unless required by law 

    -a timeline, voice recordings, chats, messages, images and emails may be provided as needed to support this matter

    Am I able to correct typos on my compliant?  

    -The last name Bell, add ********s last name ******, a date should have been October ****** and an inverted word preyed? 

    Will I have an opportunity to add more to the complaint as I have learned of more inconsistencies;
    -And to address ******** creating agreements under a dissolved llc name- consumers should be aware of her integrity. Her violation of privacy after accepting to not post my images on social media ( confirmed by coach Lindsays voicemail).
    -She removed access to her app.
    -Shes treating the agreement as fully enforceable based on her coaching agreement  even after acknowledging she read my request for a full refund and verbally spoke to me about terminating her Sevices. 
    -meetings scheduled in zoom are 15 minutes (documentation is available) and state a commitment on the agreement, the welcome pack and email reminder header. 
    -her agreement is required before a customer package can be prepared, however, the agreement appears to lack full disclosure of the custom items (its deceptive and backwards)
    -and more
