Whoever was driving your company vehicle on I5 Tuesday 5/** at 11:20pm in truck #**, license plate *******, Oregon plates, should be fired. They were weaving in and out of traffic recklessly, speeding, driving in the ******** as a single occupant, drove with their hazards on because I wouldnt speed past 70mph for them, and then flipped me off while passing. Later was road raging as I passed them. This driver is a danger on the roads and Ill never use your company as I would not want someone like that ever on my property or around my children.

As an employee they require you to work off the clock if you take a vehicle home some how calling it a "perk". You have to work off the clock maintaining their company assets like oil changes, stocking up on supplies needed for the job, broken windshield etc. Though you cant use the vehicle for personal use. Not seeing the perk here other than the business gets free labor for taking care of their asset...You can store the vehicle at the shop if ud like so, someone that is paid to do these things can do it for the company...so, then you commute there and then drive the truck getting paid for longer distance of driving thats more of a "perk". The company is a joke....2nd day on the job get a check engine light on and the mgr. ***** says probably just a sensor...then a week later truck wont start then tries to say I left the lights on??? wtf? they turn off automatically cuz theyre set to AUTO!!!...like seriously? Then theyre like its the battery...its not the battery...its a check engine light how bout we get it scanned so, we can know thats why the light is there cuz something is wrong...long story short I quit this terrible job. Illegal business practices have been reported who knows if anything will come of it but, figured id try n warn whoever looks into this more...

********** is an employee we hired on 3/6/23 who abruptly quit on 3/31/23. We strongly object to his comments in this customer review. He failed to read the employment agreement (that he signed) where we addressed items like personal use of the company vehicle (permitted to and from the job). He also failed to read the section that addresses truck maintenance, supplies, etc. Here it is:"Non-compensated time: In exchange for the perk of being able to take a company vehicle home, it is expected that the employee will take the vehicle in, on their time, for periodic service items like:-Oil changes-Flat tire repair -Windshield repair-Picking up supplies at the shop, store, etc.-Swapping out a broken pressure washer, fixing reels, swivels, etc.-Truck Inspections If employee does not want to do the above, the alternative option is to keep the truck parked at the company shop. The employee will incur the time and expense to drive to the shop each night in their own vehicle to pick up the work truck to perform their duties as a technician."We've been in business since **** and have grown every year. Our employment policies have been scrutinized and approved by ********** of ***** and Industries. There is no illegality to our business practices. The real issue is that ********** failed to read the employment agreement that was presented to him in person, before coming on board with our company. We can provide proof that he signed our employment agreement. Unfortunately, rather than adapting himself to our company policies, he chose to complain without merit, and then unexpectedly quit.We have a long list of tenured employees who will gladly speak to the equity by which we conduct our business.
