      I received a speeding ticket after passing a landscaping truck that was spilling debris out of the trailer and back of the truck. I had to speed up to pass the truck and trailer. To my surprise, there was a WSP at the exact time and location in ****************. I explained my reasonings with no avail. I chose Garguile after reading the reviews. Garguile was prompt, great communication, and convenient documentation so I could go about my day. Garguile fought for me and got the speeding ticket dismissed. This will save my insurance rates from increasing so my insurance company cannot increase their corporate profits taking advantage of this unfortunate event.

      I first contacted Garguile Law when I received a distracted driver ticket for talking on my cell phone. First ticket in over 10 years I was freaking out. Did not want my insurance to go up. After doing some research I decided on Garguile Law from all the great reviews. Contacting them was a breeze. You upload a picture of your ticket, pay the fee and they take care of everything for you. Well while I was waiting for the court date for this ticket, I received a speeding ticket on my way to work. The cop said I was doing 74 in a 60, I was going 71, but did not argue. I took the ticket, and being a single mom I was worried I was not going to be able to afford the fee to pay Garguile Law again. But they worked with, gave me a payment plan for the 2nd ticket and they were able to get BOTH tickets dismissed. Easy process, I did not have to miss work, they went to court for me and contacted me via text message afterwards to let me know after each ticket was dismissed. If youre looking for an easy, non-judgmental process this is the place to hire!!!

      Garguile ******** did a wonderful job handling an unforeseen situation involving speeding. The attorney office provided all my family needed to know and was quick to respond to any question. Hopefully, I will not need to use them anytime soon but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
