    Order placed on 13 December 2024 for 2 bucket seat cuastom sheepskin covers for $700.80 and was delivered by ***** on 11 January 2025. The delivery came at the beginning of the worst winter storm that the area had experienced in over 10 years. Not only was my car buried in snow, I did not leave my yard for almost two weeks because it was so dangerous to walk. After the snow left, I had surgery and was on restrictions for the following week. I was subsequently released and this past Monday was the FIRST opportunity to install the seat covers.I couldn't get the cover on the headrest. I couldn't get the cover on the seat because it has a black plastic covering on the back seat. I took pictures of both issues and sent an email to the company. On Tuesday afternoon, after not hearing back from my email, I sent a message through their portal. On Wednesday afternoon, after not receiving a response from my message I called the company. The person I spoke to said I would be called back within a couple of minutes. 48 hours have passed and I have not heard from anyone.Writing this complaint makes me physically ill. When I placed the order, this company was very nice and it was a pleasure working with them. I was confident that they would provide me a perfect product has they had exact data about my seats and knew exactly what was required. The fact that neither the headrest nor the seat covers are useable is beyond absurd. The fact that they refuse to communicate with me is not only sad, it is unethical.

    I ordered and paid $119.00 for a western cinch from Engel Worldwide.I went on a week long horse camping trip and use the cinch every day on wet extremely muddy rough terrain trails.One day I needed to hose the cinch off to remove the sweat and mud.I just a garden hose while in the campground and the fleece started to just melt off the cinch. I was SHOCKED.When I got home from my trip I reached out to Engel Worldwide to ask for a refund or replacement of the defective cinch.I was told that they would not replace the cinch. They would only offer me a $50.00 refund on the $119.00 that I paid for the cinch.I ordered a new cinch because the last one that I purchased from this company a few years ago....did the very same thing. The so called fleece came off the cinch.I am disappointed that I was only able to use the brand new cinch less than a week and now, I have to replace it! $119.00 is a lot of money for a defective cinch and the company does not stand behind their products!******************************, *************************** has refused to stand behind the company's products and has refused t refund my money or replace the defective cinch.Please keep this in mind when using this company.
