    I purchased E 19 s**oter a month ago from Top Mobility which is middle man for E wheels. ******* was delivered and didnt work. Called TM and in return they called EW multi times and finally got a return call Was told to send video of what s**oter was doing or not doing. EW sent new batteries. Husband went to install new batteries and dis**vered original batteries were soldered. Called TM back and asked how we were suppose to replace . Days went on without info til i asked for a full refund and got a shipping label from EW.S**oter was suppose to be picked up today and surprise no shipping ** showed up. It has been a horrible experience from day 1. I wouldnt buy a s**** from this **mpany, E wheels They never answer their phones Very poor customer service

    Sorry we are not Top Mobility nor E-Wheels. We are Go Mobility. You did not make any purchase from us and you have directed this review to the wrong company.

    Business engages in price fixing. Had item for $199 but I needed it the same day and went to a local brick and mortar store that wanted $239 for the item. I complained that I could buy it online for $199 and they named Go Mobility sayingthey were violating prices and would see what they could do, They came back saying they couldnt do any better so I went to place my order right then with Go Mobility. Low and behold Go Mobility suddenly raised their price for the item to $269. After making the 40 minute drive home, BOTH businesses raised their price for the item to $329. Because it is necessary to be able to charge your scooter if you want to use it, these businesses hold customers who they know are vulnerable by virtue of being elderly and disabled, generally on fixed incomes (my sole income is my tiny Social Secuity check), and since they know a scooter is a large investment, they work together to exploit customers by coordinating prices . I was happy with this company before but after the sales lady at the local brick and mortar store said she would be contacting folks to complain about their prices and now BOTH stores have increased the price nearly 50% in 40 minutes after I expressed a need (and Go Mobility by over 60% what it was last night) these folks aren just dishonest. I gotta think it is a reflection of the values of the organization that rather than making a money providing a product they want to exploit vulnerable folks.
