      Ive been doing business with People Ready when they were Labor Ready going relatively 20 years. Every since they were taken over by Tru Blu we have had problems. It began when we noticed being charged for laborers that did not work for us. Many times they did not even send an invoice. One worker being in ******* where we do not operate. There were times that they billed excessive hours on days worked. I understand clerical issues happen, complaints were made but then APPC was punished by no longer allowing 30 days to pay and started to force APPC to do automatic bill pay and charge the bank account with the accepting of being overcharged then waiting for a refund. I began having their bills sent in right away and then they would hold the physical check until after the 30 day mark then once another check would be written they then would cash in the check being held. Then after complaining of that they then punished further by not allowing the app to work regarding their service stating delinquent accounts dont get access to the app and only allowed call in. Once that occured they began sending the worst laborers. They consisted child molesters, dangerous felons, heroin addicts and so on. Most recently they sent a person with history of false criminal complaints on his sister. That person tried to have us loose over 10 grand in current jobs and clients valued at over $30,000.00 This disgruntled employee of theirs was paid to harm our business and when asked to leave would not. Local People Ready office would not come get their employee and he threw cigarette butts toward our vehicle stating the road was public although he kept going back to our clients properties. He kept creating a hostile environment trying to provoke my supervisor. He made a false accusation of my supervisor assaulting him then called the police. police arrived while he sat in our clients lawn. Police removed him. later that night he posted a negative ****** review, PPR didn't even drug test

      -Invoices and Payments: Our records show that we consistently provided invoices upon request, and at no time did PeopleReady withhold paychecks from associates this is against our company policy and procedures. Access to certain account features may be limited when an account becomes past due, but these are standard procedures and not punitive.
      -Associate *************************** placed were selected in line with your team's requests and preferences, including any second-chance candidates.
      -Order Process: There were repeated instances where associates were engaged directly by your team without a formal order, which we addressed to maintain proper procedures and timeliness of payments.
      -Online Review: While we unfortunately cannot control third-party reviews, we understand your frustration and can assure you that our team never requests associates to leave negative reviews about our customers.

      In February 2025, The people in accounting at People Ready headquarters in ******, ********** are dishonest. This company ************ Worldwide mailed a check to People Ready timely, and instead of depositing the check, the held the check. The check was a payment for services received. They then demanded payment. We sent in a 2nd payment immediately by ***. Instead of calling us to alert us that they did receive the payment, People Ready proceeded to deposit the original check. They thus received double payment instead of contacting us to let us know they did get the check. Slick they are dishonest. We let them know to send us payment back for the double payment. They are keeping the double payment. Phone calls to the accounting department ended in them wanting to apply the double payment to open invoices. We told them we prefer for us to received the double payment back. They have refused.
