      We hired one of your attorneys for assistance on a criminal case. When we originally talked to the lawyer and was trying to provide our side of the story we were told she didn't want to hear about it until she got the documents from the Prosecutor which never happened until the 23rd of October which we just found out yesterday. However, when we are to meet her in court she was never there on time, no call no text nothing. She spent 5 min the first court appearance to sign for a continuance and then again this last court date she stated she hasn't had time to review the case as she just got the information from the prosecutor. We then asked about changing the conditions on our minor grandchildren to see if we can see them with there parents, at that time she stated that she will reach out to her assistant to set up so we can meet the judge and she stated the parents will have to come to court. We never heard anything so we called her assistant to see if it was in the works - however she never got anything then we get an email that states After reviewing the documentation from arraignment it is clear the court has restricted visitation with grandchildren. That condition will need to be followed while the case is pending. At this point we felt that we were not getting what we are paying for due to no communication and has questioned us on the fact the judge only stated in the document that we couldn't see any of our minor grandchildren she came back with no it is "any minor child" we disagreed she huffed and looked on her phone for the documentation after she mentioned she is the lawyer. and it only said remaining minor grandchildren which also excludes the accusers.
