      Tuell-McKee Funeral Home was supposed to contact me via phone to let me know when they sent my brother's cremains to me. They did not. Further, they sent the cremains to the WRONG address. Fortunately, the address did not exist or they would have left my brother's cremains at someone else's home, on the doorstep, and who knows what would have happened after that. Fortunately, my phone number was listed and the post office gave me a call and I went down to the post office to pick them up. I called the funeral home in ******, which was listed on the return address, and spoke to the twit of a manager who told me that their location in ********* had given them the address, blah, blah, blah. I told her there was no excuse for the mistakes they had made. I am furious. I cannot even make a complaint on the BBB website as it will only direct me to this pitiful review process. I wouldn't even have given them one star. Who knows what's going on within their business? Clearly they are not trustworthy.
