      MultiCare HS, ******, ** ( specifically Sleep Medicine in ********************). I was treated ****************** as if getting treated by a Racist Secretary! Provoke when she quickly denied me to reschedule a visit. I wouldnt care for a rescheduling its me transferring conveying how Secretary Caprice, Last name badly with a Bad posture uncaring to listen what transpired. Just remember when people are provoke unwarranted I will NOT stand for it. ***** care what I had to say. Just a quick Nope dont reschedule him. You really think I want to work with this kind of medical center(??) It should be Zero Star

      Refuse to work with you on any issue. Asked for one minute of doctors time just to ask something quick and said I needed an appointment. Also I paid with wrong credit card and asked to be refunded so could pay with different card and they said they would not do that. My last visit I asked for an itemized bill for myself because my insurance wouldnt go through (Due to a problem on their end) and they wouldnt do that either. Rude and incompetent clerks.

      I had been getting care at Multicare **** for 18 years without any issues until my PCP retired in 2023. They aggressively persuaded me to pick an ANRP to be my next PCP despite of my repeated request to assign me an MD. They forced me to make an appointment with an **** to have my Rx renewed and asked for a follow up to get renewed again in 3 months. Each of these visits costed me 100s of dollars. I used to see PCP for Rx renewal every 6 months or later. With much deliberations, they eventually assigned me an MD as my PCP and scheduled me for a transfer of care with the MD who, by the way practices out of the same clinic, and sent me an estimated cost of $244 I would be paying at the time of the transfer of care visit. I called them yet again to explain them, I am already being made to pay a lot more for healthcare seeing an ARNP than an MD, now I have to pay for transferring care from one PCP to another in the same clinic? I did not create this situation, it happened because one of their care providers retired. Should a patient take burden of his/her PCP leaving the clinic? Really, is that even legal? Im wondering whether theyre trying to help me with my hypertension condition or making it worse by harassment and extortion. LOL! I have canceled the transfer of care appointment wihin Multicare and switching to another provider outside Multicare. I would not recommend Multicare to any one, they should be renamed Moneycare rather than Multicare!

      Multicare tried to balance bill me almost $6000, they are in a contract with my insurance and that is ILLEGAL. I was in the middle of making my monthly payments when they sent it back to multicare and messed up my payments...Once the insurance squared them on the Illegalities they sent me my bill again this time I paid Multicare instead of carepay but because I did not make a pay plan they sent it to collections. They got their payments lmao. I had a stroke the next time I have a stroke , I will die before dealing with these people.

      MultiCare bills charge late fees ridiculously even if you had made partial payments. They charge late fees even if you pay all the balance by the due date on the bill!

      Multicare ******** ** is a soup sandwich mess. I scheduled an appointment with *********** and was specifically told to bring my mri cd to the appointment. 3 days before the appointment I find a message stating my appointment is canceled because they do not have my mri cd. I try to call and explain but no one wants to talk, just reschedule. The medical records even called them to try and post the mri images on the multicare cloud but that wasn't an suitable solution. I reschedule and today call to ask about where I need to drop off the cd. I am told to just bring it to my appointment??? What a bunch of miscommunication this turns out to be. No one knows the doctors requirements and nobody cares about providing wrong information that causes appointments to be canceled and patients do not get the medical attention required in a suitable timely manner.

      On hold for one & half hours so far. Trying to pay a bill. Would have done it on line but had an issue that needed to be addressed by a billing department representative. In for the long haul to see how long it takes to speak to someone. What super sucky customer service!!HIRE more people ********************!

      Refused to see my 9 year old daughter that is running a fever with the repeated nausea unless I pay towards her dad's medical insurance! My child's health means nothing to them, and all they are concerned about it me paying my ex's bills for them! NEVER put your health needs or life in their hands, unless you've already planned and previously paid for the funeral that *** follow after. Money over the life of a small child, who has no way to pay for their parent's financial failures, and yet the governed still allows them to exist. They are a disgrace to the American culture!

      I am absolutely disgusted with my treatment by a (so called) doctor at your Parkland/******** emergency clinic. As a 63 year old man that just wanted to find out what the cause of some swelling on the left side of my face is. The first comment out of this disgusting doctors mouth was I understand that you identify as a woman. When i called her on her disgusting comment, she excuses herself, comes back in my room minutes later with a co-worker and says I dont feel safe alone with you. So pathetic !!Next she sends me in to get a CT scan (very professional CT Tech). Then this so called doctor looks at the scan results for less than a minute, looks directly at me and tells me you have cancer. WTF, you look at a picture for less than a minute, and tell a patient they have cancer !!! Are you for real ??? How dare you speculate on something so serious.My regret is that i did not get this pathetic doctors name !! (I will)If this is not addressed ASAP by ******care, and the results of this being addressed sent directly to me, I will hire an Attorney to come after both ******care, and this pathetic excuse for a doctor, let alone a human being.**********************

      Horrible billing experience. I was charged for a phone call without being informed and it was regarding a worker's compensation claim. I tried several times to plead my case and the customer service agents on the phone were very pleasant but ultimately completely impotent. They told me they would get this corrected, but it didn't happen and I was sent collections threats. I don't trust this organization any longer. next year I will be choosing a different health care provider.
