    I was contacted via text. ********** I believe. Thinking this was a potential scam I did some research and found who they were. I called them and after being on hold in the queue for a very long time I finally got someone who told me I was in the wrong department. I followed the appropriate automated prompts when calling so I was a little confused about that. This happened again and finally I asked for the right # to call. It was the same # and prompts I had been using. Once I finally got through to someone again, I explained my situation w/ receiving financial aid. Since they had my married last name, no longer using, and my aid was in my maiden name they wanted me to send over the proof of aid and proof of identity. I did and have not heard back. I called again, waited in the queue for an hour. I had to hang up and am attempting again. Communication is terrible!! Reaching out via email is always welcomed, they should try it. Finding contact info online for them was a little tricky too,
