    They installed insulation in our old addition, but removed all the insulation, including over the garage, and then would not install insulation back into the attic area over the garage. So now we have no insulation and if we want it, they want us to pay more $$. I've already paid nearly $10k for this job.I'm going with another company to finish the job because they won't own up to the bid and will be going to use the Consumer Protection Act against this business! They say that it wasn't in the bid, but we said remove and replace ALL insulation and they agreed and even removed the insulation. But now saying it didn't say remove and replace garage. They did NOT say that we need a separate bid for garage and they did not advise that the garage area is not covered. How am I supposed to know what is covered and not if you do not inform your customers. Also, why would i have insulation removed from an area and not replace it?! They refuse to make it right without me paying full price for their mistake. Stay away from this business.Oh yeah, even the corporate office guys, **** and ****, said that *** wrote this bid up "weird" and is "confusing." They recognize the problem, but customer service is not a priority!
