    They are **** *******. Sell you product they don't have and make you fight for your money back though you can never reach them and they don't answer emails. Fortunately I paid through Paypal and they refunded my money after initially siding in Handsende's favor because Handsende went so far as to send something to a po box in the delivery town and provided that tracking information to Paypal as proof of delivery even though the item was not delivered to me! Wish they could be wiped off the internet so others don't fall victim.

    Order a pool part and never received it, tried contact email and phone number to no avail. I will be challenging the charge and hope that I can find the part I need elsewhere.

    Hi guys! They are ********! They dont have anything like pool spa parts or something like this! After they receive the payment they dont have any information about order or something else! They sent the fake shipping like **** from different address and was delivered where from **?

    Order filter cartridge's for my pool filter. Was provided a tracking number but the address they were delivered to was in the wrong state. Phone numbers always rings busy. Tried emailing them multiple times with no response. I would recommend staying away form this supposed company.

    Ordered a Pool pump and was given a wrong tracking number of some package that went to an elementary school in my town. Called Fed Ex and the school. Apparently they intentionally gave me someone elses tracking number. The Kindergarten does not have a pool. I tried multiple attempts to contact seller by email and business by phone. Called 20 times on multiple days for a week and their phone line has always been busy. I suspect a scammer. I reported it to Pay Pal and expect a refund. Would not recommend buying anything from Handsende.com
